My name is Anastasia Vaslieva. I was born in the north of Russia. I became christian in 1994 and in 1995 I joined mission organizacion called "Youth with a mission". I have been working with this organizacion in different countries. I spend 3 years in Norway and now I am in Guatemala, Central America.
Its really a miracle how God brought me to Guatemala. When I became christian I went to church in my town and I heard 2 teachings there. First one is that God has a specific calling for my life and the second one was that maybe He has a specific country or place that He wants us to pray for and maybe one day go there. And I prayed about it and through a lot of things God told me about Guatemala. And at that time I even didnt know what is Guatemala and where it is. So I went to the library and asked the lady there where is Guatemala and she told me that it is in Central America and I got all the informacion about this counrty. And I went home and I prayed and asked God why Guatemala and I felt very special about this country ever since. And deep inside I knew that I will go there one day, but I didnt know when or how. And now, after 9 years I came to Guatemala. My dream came through. Now I am in Guatemala for 1,5 year and I really feel that I am at the right place at the right time.
Another thing God told me when I became christian was " Trust in Me in every little thing and I will take you around the world" And now, after 10 years I can say that I am living it out now. I have been to more than 13 countries and I believe that this is just a beggining.
In 2003 I took a school of intercession, worship and spiritual warfare in Norway and it really opened my eyes to the real power of intercession. And now my deep desire is to bring this school to Latin America.
